Durham, NC – The Durham County Board of Elections has published its 2025 Annual Report. This report summarizes key operational activities, including the administration of the 2025 Municipal Elections, efforts to strengthen election infrastructure, and the management of unforeseen challenges. 

Beyond financial and operational insights, the Annual Report offers the community a transparent, behind-the-scenes look at the year-round work that supports elections and voter services. 

“This report was created by staff to document the critical work necessary to conduct honest, fair, and accurate elections for the citizens of Durham County. We look forward to continuing this work in 2026 and beyond,” said David Boone, Chairman of the Durham County Board of Elections.
